Restaurant, neobistrot and bar all built arond the gastro-grill concept. We use only local ingredients produced by farmers of the canton no farther than 40 km from the restaurant.

The essence of our cuisine is open fire, the oldest but still very relevant cooking technique. We only use wood coal and no chemicals. To make the most of the fire for bringing out the best flavours we use Josper grill.
We call our cuisine gastro-grill as we use the energy of the buring wood not only for cooking meat, but fish, seafood, vegetables as well as sauces.
Our aspiration to go along with the nature derived the location of the restaurant. Ins is perfectly located in the center of farm area which allows us to use the ibest quality ngredients produced no farther than 40 km from the restaurant, and only on the peak of the season.Наше стремление к единению с природой обусловило и выбор места для ресторана.
The location itself and restaurant working hours on Saturdays and Sundays allow our guests to enjoy the nature of the canton and try local products.
We are sure that our cuisine will surprise locals as well. Young culinary team led by and experienced chef will show what contemporary cuisine can do using such simple ingredients as potatoes, cabbage, beetroot and celery.
Our gastronomic space is divided into three areas:
– neobitsro — a place where just for 19,5 CHF you can have an unforgettable 3-dish lunch that change seasonally
– the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and offers cusine for those seeking new gastronimic experiences
– the bar is our pride: despite the traditional interior and thanks to specially created starters and small bites that go very well with wines and special cocktails is a place to brag about eating in in front of your friends from Paris, London or New York.
